- Availability: search the on line calendar to see what days are free
- Book: click on the “book now” button or go to the “booking on line” page to book securely

- A DRIVING tour is secured on payment in full or by £95.00 deposit (non refundable)

How to book your tour with DEVON and MOOR
- Decide on your tour
- Utilising the drop down calender choose an available date
- Fill in the enquiry form, complete all sections OR call us direct
- We will call you on the number you have provided, confirm the tour verbally and process the deposit payment (50% of the total) utilizing our secure virtual payment facility (Square)
- A receipt will be emailed to you
- We will conditionally book out your date on the live calendar, so reserving it for you
- A booking confirmation will be emailed to you, which you must return within 72hrs, confirming that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. If you do not return this confirmation 72hrs, we reserve the right to cancel your tour date and will issue a full refund less costs.
- A disclaimer form will be emailed to you, each individual member of your party must agree and sign a disclaimer. The disclaimers will be e mailed back to DEVON and MOOR within 72hrs, tours cannot take place without disclaimers being signed.
- Balance payment: needs to be made not less than 48hrs before the tour date, we will issue an email reminder and contact you by phone. Payment will be made utilizing our secure virtual payment facility (Square). Tours cannot proceed without payment in full.
- Our objective is to clear all the administration and payment processes before the day of the tour, meaning that on the day, we can focus purely on the tour without any delays, we appreciate your co-operation in this.
